The Dometic 6-Gallon Conversion Kit is for use with new Dometic WH-6GEA and WH-6GA Water Heaters to cover the existing rough opening on older Dometic and Atwood 6-gallon water heaters. New water heaters have a square face plate; this conversion kit covers the sides of the old rectangular opening.
