Mid-1950s Spartans use a different gasket for their front plexi windows than the earlier trailers do.

This set of two-piece self-sealing weatherstrip works for many window installations with 1/32″ to 1/16″ thick window frames and 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick glass. It is a two-part gasket where the filler strip is pressed in place to lock the top and bottom parts around glass and frame. The filler strip is included in the price.

Installing locking gaskets is hard work. We recommend using soapy water as a lubricant. For best results, you will want the installation tool which we sell separately.

You will receive a total of 38 feet of the gasket and 38 feet off the locking strip. The gasket may be a continuous length or may be cut into the following four usable lengths:

  • Three 9-foot lengths for left and right windows and the bottom center window
  • One 11-foot length for the top center window
