3-Point Cam Lock

This latch creates a very sturdy closing system for wider baggage compartment doors like those on the back of many vintage trailers.  With proper weatherstrips, it can also help stop leaks by making sure the door edges are seated fully in the door opening.

When turned by an exterior locking handle, steel rods are projected 3/4″ left and right into the door frame, while a third cam rotates straight down into the storage compartment door sill. 

The two round bars on this 3-point lock are each 34″ long and can be cut to precise length for your door width. We include steel rod guides to attach to the back of the door.

A locking handle is not included, but it works great with these two locks that we sell:
