Glass Bar Arm – 1966-68 Airstream

This small arm is used on each of your operable windows in 1966, 1967 and 1968 Airstreams.

When you crank your window open using the rack operator on the side of your window, a long flat link is moved down. The top of that link is attached to this short arm and the arm is attached to the glass bar. The glass bar is the channel or clamp that holds the glass parallel to the hinge. Please see diagrams.

They include two holes at the end where the link attaches. The two holes allow for fine tuning.

The original glass bar arms were cast from a poor quality zinc and they often break. Our parts are a perfect reproduction but a higher quality casting. We guarantee our arms against breakage for as long as you own your trailer.

We even include a stainless steel 1/2″ long 6-32 set screw!
